Standard Delivery
For orders over $120, our Standard Delivery is free.
Your package should arrive within 5–7 business days from our Melbourne store. Please note that it might take a bit longer for deliveries to regional areas.
For items that are custom-made, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Express Delivery
If you want your order to arrive quickly, choose Express Delivery. Just place your order online before 2 pm, Monday - Friday, and select Express Delivery.
Your purchase will be expedited, and for metropolitan areas, it should reach you on the next business day. However, deliveries to regional areas might take a bit longer.

Made-to-Order Products
For items that are custom-made, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If you're ordering 14k Gold Filled items, add an extra 5-7 days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way.
